We encourage members to leave Feedback after each transaction. Even though it’s voluntary, leaving Feedback builds trust and lets other members know about your experience.
After your transaction, you have a full 60 days to leave Feedback.




To leave feedback:


On the Leave Feedback (for buyers) page, you can choose to leave Positive feedback, or leave feedback later. You can also give a brief explanation as to why you leave Positive feedback for the buyer.

Note: You can enter a follow-up comment for Feedback you already left.
To view Feedback you received:
Note: You can leave a response to Feedback you received.
Sellers: Asking buyers to revise Feedback
If you’re a seller, you can send a limited number of requests to your buyers to ask that they change Feedback left for you. Use this form only if you’ve already talked to the buyer and resolved the issues that resulted in the negative or neutral Feedback, or if the buyer accidentally left incorrect Feedback.
