With the release of the Apple iPhone 4 scheduled for June 24th, guidelines are now in place to help meet buyer demand for this highly-anticipated device, while also promoting eBay sellers who deliver excellent customer service.
Most sellers will be allowed to list an Apple iPhone 4, though in limited quantity. Specifically:
- Apple authorized resellers will be allowed to list an unlimited number of items per week.
- eBay Top-rated sellers will be allowed to list up to 8 items per week.
- Sellers with a history of selling in the Cell Phones & PDAs category will be allowed to list up to 8 items per week.
- All other sellers will be allowed to list up to 4 items per week.
Note: Sellers who are having difficulty meeting performance standards may see a reduction in the number of these items allowed to be sold per week.
